General questions

Fill out the quote form on our homepage and we'll get back to you with a fixed price the same day. For larger or unusual properties, we may follow up with a quick call to make sure everything is accurate.
No — our team arrives fully equipped with all products and tools needed. If you have a preference for specific products (eco-friendly, fragrance-free, etc.), just let us know when booking and we'll accommodate where possible.
Duration depends on the size and condition of the property, plus any add-ons selected. End of tenancy cleans have a minimum of 6 hours labour. We'll give you a time estimate when you book. For bond cleans, we typically send two cleaners to reduce the time on-site.
This depends on the size of the job and availability. Larger cleans — especially end of tenancy — typically involve two cleaners, which cuts the time in half. Smaller jobs may be a single cleaner. We'll let you know at booking.
No. Many of our clients leave a key or provide access details. All Kleanly cleaners are background-checked, fully insured, and trusted to work unsupervised. You'll receive a notification when the clean is complete.
Payment is processed securely after your clean is completed — not before. We accept all major cards. Your payment details are encrypted and never visible to our staff.
If anything on your checklist was missed, we'll return to fix it at no charge. We work to a detailed checklist on every job and take quality seriously. If you're not happy after a revisit, we'll make it right.

End of tenancy

Our end of tenancy clean covers every room thoroughly — oven cleaning (including trays), internal windows and sills, cupboard and drawer interiors, light fittings, skirting boards, range hoods, and extractor fans. See our full checklist for the complete room-by-room breakdown. Optional add-ons (carpet cleaning, balcony, garage, etc.) can be added at booking.
No — carpet cleaning is an optional add-on. We recommend it if you have pets, children, have lived in the property for several years, or if your agent has specifically requested it. Staircases and hallways each count as a separate area.
Not reliably. Residential carpet cleaning is designed to improve hygiene — extracting dust, allergens, and general soiling — not to remove set-in stains. Light or superficial marks may improve, but stain removal is not guaranteed. For heavily stained carpets, an industrial specialist may be needed.
An area is any carpeted space up to 10 square metres — a bedroom, dining room, lounge, hallway, staircase, foyer, or walk-in wardrobe. Larger open-plan spaces count as multiple areas. For example, a 13m² living/dining area counts as 2 areas.
Yes — in the vast majority of cases. Our quotes are fixed based on the information you provide. They assume: accurate bedroom/bathroom counts, all relevant add-ons selected, a property in typical move-out condition, and no unusual access restrictions. If our team arrives and finds the property significantly larger or in a much worse condition than described, we'll contact you before proceeding with any additional time.
If your agent or property manager raises any cleaning concerns after our visit, we'll return within 72 hours and re-clean those areas at no charge. The guarantee applies to the checklist items included in your booking — optional add-ons that weren't selected are not covered.

Commercial cleaning

Every commercial clean covers workstations and office areas, kitchens and breakrooms, bathrooms and amenities, and reception and foyer spaces — dusting, high-touch disinfection, floor care, waste removal, and restocking of consumables. See our full commercial checklist for the complete area-by-area breakdown. Optional add-ons like carpet steam cleaning and external window cleaning can be added at booking.
We clean offices, strata common areas, restaurants, and hospitality venues across Sydney — one flexible service, tailored to your site.
Yes. Every commercial clean is scheduled entirely around your business hours — before opening, after close, or overnight — so there's no disruption to your day.
No — there are no lock-in contracts. Ongoing commercial cleans run on a simple rolling basis, with just 24 hours' notice needed if you want to pause, change, or cancel a scheduled clean.
Because every site is different, commercial cleans are custom-quoted rather than fixed-price. Tell us about your business — size, sector, and how often you need us — and we'll come back with a fixed price within a few hours.
Yes — every Kleanly commercial team is fully insured and police-checked, and trusted to work unsupervised on your site, including before or after hours.
Our teams arrive fully equipped with all cleaning products and tools needed for the job. Consumables like hand soap, paper towel, and dishwashing liquid are usually provided by you, though we're happy to manage restocking by prior arrangement.
Most commercial clients provide a key, access code, or alarm details so cleans can happen before or after hours without anyone needing to be on-site. All our cleaners are police-checked and fully insured for exactly this kind of unsupervised access.
We run regular site inspections and quality audits on every ongoing contract. If anything on your checklist is missed, we'll return and fix it at no charge — no questions asked.
