1. Services & Bookings

• Service Description: Kleanly provides residential and commercial cleaning services. The specific scope of work for your booking will be outlined in your booking confirmation.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when booking (including property size, condition, and contact details). If the property condition differs significantly from what was described, we reserve the right to adjust the pricing or cancel the service.
• Access to Property: You must ensure our cleaning team has unhindered access to the property at the scheduled time (e.g., keys provided, gates unlocked, or someone present to let them in).

2. Pricing and Payment

• Quotes: All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. We reserve the right to amend the quote if the actual scope of work required changes upon arrival.
• Payment Terms: Payment must be made via our approved payment methods (e.g., credit card, bank transfer) either at the time of booking or immediately upon completion of the service, depending on your agreed booking arrangement.
• GST: All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Lockouts

We understand that plans change. However, because we reserve time slots specifically for you, the following policies apply:

• Notice Period: If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, you must give us at least 48 hours' notice.
• Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
• Lockout Fee: If our cleaners arrive and cannot gain access to the property within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, a lockout fee equal to a flat $50 fee may apply.

4. User Conduct & Safety

• Safe Working Environment: Customers must provide a safe working environment for our cleaners. This includes securing aggressive pets, notifying us of any hazardous materials, and ensuring proper utilities (electricity and running hot/cold water) are available.
• Inability to Clean: We reserve the right to instruct our staff to leave a property immediately if they encounter unsafe, unhygienic, or hostile conditions. In such cases, the full service fee will still apply.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Complaints

Your satisfaction is our top priority.

• Reporting Issues: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service completion by emailing hello@kleanly.com.au with photographic evidence.
• Remedy: If the complaint is valid and reported within the 24-hour window, we will return to the property to reclean the disputed areas at no additional cost to you. We do not offer cash refunds.

6. Limitation of Liability & Damage

• Accidental Damage: While our team takes the utmost care, accidents can happen. Kleanly maintains appropriate Public Liability Insurance.
• Reporting Damage: Any damage caused by our cleaners must be reported to us within 24 hours of the service completion.
• Exclusions: We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or fragile items that were not properly secured prior to the clean (e.g., loose shelving, unstable picture frames).

7. Intellectual Property

The content, layout, design, data, graphics, and trademarks on https://kleanly.com.au are the property of Kleanly and are protected by Australian intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our express written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted directly on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
